Ven is an AI-powered conversation and emotional support tool. It is designed for venting, reflection, and general wellbeing conversations. Ven is not a medical provider, therapist, or crisis service.
Ven is an artificial intelligence system and not a human or licensed professional.
You agree that you will not rely on Ven for medical, mental health, or life decisions. If you need professional help, you should seek a licensed provider immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ven. Users under 18 should have parental awareness and consent.
If our AI detects language suggesting risk of harm, we may display resources such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. However:

Some features require a paid subscription ("Ven+"). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
